Terms & Conditions
Any working lunch orders must be placed before 5pm for the next working day.
Any Breakfast orders must be placed before 3pm for the next working day.
Any Weekend orders must be placed before 3pm the Friday before.
If your order is received after 3pm (Breakfast) or 5pm (Lunch) we will endeavour to fulfil your order, however, please be aware that your order may be subject to a rush charge. This also includes orders received after 3pm (Breakfast) 5pm (Lunch) on a Friday requiring delivery for Monday.
Please note that any orders placed within 72 hours of any event, may be subject to change, and on the rare occasion that we are not able to fulfil your particular menu choice, items may be replaced with chefs’ choice of menu item. Your requested delivery time may also have to be altered to suit the delivery schedule.
Please give 24 hours written notice for cancellations or the full price may be charged.
A 24 hour notice is required for all Fruit Baskets.

There is a minimum order amount of £30 otherwise we may charge a £10 administration fee.
Our office hours are 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday, orders placed after our office is closed cannot be guaranteed for the next working day.
Bagel Factory will not be liable for any loss due to any circumstances which include, but not exclusively, breakdown of machinery, failure of supply of electricity or other utilities, leakage of water, fire, flood, explosion, strike or labour dispute, external road or building works, Government restrictions, Force Majeure, act of terrorism or any circumstances outside the control of Bagel Factory which may cause the event to be interrupted or cancelled.
No liability is accepted for loss, damage or consequential loss, except to the extent required by law caused by Bagel Factory’s’ failure to perform its obligations (whether that failure is due to negligence on the part of Bagel Factory its officers, employees or due to other causes), but nothing herein shall exclude Bagel Factory’s obligation to pay compensation for death or personal injury as required by law.
Any complaints must be received by Bagel Factory in writing not more than 48 working hours following the event to the Managing Director, 90a Tooley Street London SE1 2TH.
Payment
Our customer service team will contact you regarding payment. Credit terms can be arranged. This will take approximately 10 days and will need you to complete our credit application and return to us for approval. Our terms of business are 14 days from the date of invoice. Bagel Factory reserves the right to charge 2% above the HSBC base rate on all overdue invoices.
If you do not hold credit terms with us you will be asked for payment before your delivery is made. We accept all major credit cards. We will also accept cleared funds via BACS or CHAPS or a cleared cheque and Cash payment.
THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS CANNOT BE MODIFIED IN ANY MANNER WITHOUT THE PRIOR WRITTEN APPROVAL FROM BAGEL FACTORY.
