Thank you very much for helping us in our Loyalty Card trial, however we will be replacing the scheme with something that we feel would be better value and easier to use in the near future.

As from Sunday 1st of November 2009 , you will no longer be able to collect points on the scheme. The balance on this date will be given in the form of vouchers which you can redeem up to the 31st of December 2009.

If you have yet to register your loyalty card please contact the support office at lunch@bagelfactory.co.uk or on 020 7407 7616 with your loyalty card number by the 30th November 2009 in order for you to collect your vouchers.

All registered customers will receive an email as soon as their vouchers are available to pick up from the card issuing site.
