Bagel Factory's aim is to provide the best and widest range of bagels, as our customers like them.  This requires our team to share our passion in providing great customer service and making the best bagels ever.

This is why recruitment is so important to us. We have dedicated team members in our units that aren’t afraid of hard work but also enjoy having fun while doing the job.

Many of our Unit Managers started work with us as Team Members and moved up through the payment scale to run their own units and have the opportunity of earning extra bonuses.
